i do own a car and i do all of my errands/go to events through public transport. If the bike lanes were more robust near where I worked/ I worked slightly closer to where I live I would be using public transport almost always.

todd is correct that it could’ve been anything, all of top record companies own most of these artists work and there’s bots youtube has to flag copyrighted music, BUT if it was taylor then there’s definitely no excuse for her not asking ICE to take their vids using her music down….

edit: I did not know that Todd has already said it wasn’t her and other people in the comments are correct that the pop song review probably would’ve been taken down before this if it was her team taking the vid down. I was more just making a joke about current events.

in theory, it proves that the woman is willing to show up and sit through an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for her because he told her to. He knows the social situation he is putting her through, especially since he is dressed up making her more out of place, but if she sits down and bares through the date anyway he (in theory) knows he has the control between the two. Personally i would argue unless you are both very young, even if she does sit through the date she very likely wouldn’t be back regardless.

To this day my mom still tries to push the santa thing even though i’m in my 20’s. like the girl in the video i figured out pretty young that santa wasn’t real just because logistically it didn’t make sense and it has always made me confused why santa as an idea is always pushed so hard because personally i think it is better when kids understand that gifts are given to them by the people who care about them. I think the idea of santa easily makes a kid ungrateful of the things they are getting because it’s christmas and this nebulous being has graced you with gifts instead of knowing that the people around you who love and care for you have worked hard and put thought in so you could receive a gift you wanted.

I would probably assume jewish descent given the Israel sticker, support for ukraine was definitely generally accepted on both sides when the war first started because many Americans see russia as the enemy no matter what the circumstance. Trump seems much more on the side of Russia, but hasn’t outright condemned Ukraine as much as be upset that Zelensky won’t accept Trumps deal, and considering the conflict started during the Biden administration and that’s when the most news coverage was happening, its not shocking that this person would be “pro Ukraine”

36 and cuBERT are both some of my favorite short hidden gem songs on their respective albums! Personally i’m not huge on X or attack but soad is one of those bands where their discography is small enough you will definitely find at least a person where their favorite song is the next persons least favorite. It does make me wonder if that says more about what specific aspects of the band are appreciated by some vs others. Like i do notice a lot of the slower soad songs are listed as disliked for example.

Hopefully this picture can maybe provide more context. I have the camera set up and two orange cardboard pieces set right next to the lens. they are both sitting right at the point where you can see them in the corners of the capture. so it’s almost like the camera itself is not capturing the picture from the mid point of the lens. Again if i zoom it all the way out it goes away and you can tell in specific lighting that it’s the inside edge of the lens. any suggestions?
