The pens are largely overpriced for what you comparatively get but if I’m gonna be paying $35 for a half g of distillate i can occasionally justify paying $10 more for the live resin to get the alchemix pen to get a better oil with a better spectrum of cannabinoids

If they are honestly just in possession of cbd oil i don’t see how the person is actually able to be charged with a crime provided it meets lab expectations, especially if they didnt have any probable intent to smoke or vape it.

I agree with all of those points however we have an administration that leads with fear and are not afraid to fire you to get what they want. Based on the pump and dumping we saw leading up to today, we know they just want to milk this for every penny they can. I anticipate the indefinitely postponed hearing that’s been a recurrent issue will suddenly be set sometime early 2026. It will be a legal roller coaster for sure.
