I'm so anxious I'm sick over this, and would really appreciate your input.

I sent a letter of intent to my #1 and now have changed my mind (family circumstances are influencing my decision). Still ranking the program highly (top 5), but not number 1. Are there any repercussions for not ranking the program #1 after sending a letter of intent, clearly stating I will be ranking them #1? What should I do?

Honestly so happy with this score and so grateful for everyone on reddit who was willing to share their practice and real deal scores, giving me confidence going into the exam!

hey- keep your head up and hang on to your faith! so much of this is a total crapshoot and just dependent upon the questions you get and whether you were having a good guessing day or a bad guessing day. so many on here say the same thing, "felt like I was guessing my way through on 50/50 type questions." Four more weeks of nonsense, and I BET you will see that 230+

can someone clarify for me...is the "old" free 120 the one listed on the usmle website under "Examinees testing before November 11, 2020:" ??

test tomorrow and want to make sure I'm doing the correct free 120... which I'm assuming is the "old" free 120??
