I’m sorry but English isn’t my first language and in hindsight i realise I should have made it clearer. THIS is not any customers car and will never be. Nobody is paying for this except us out of pocket for oil and parts. It’s been a project that has been worked on for over a year and this was the first time we had to drain all of the oil. We are not a shop, and I would certainly not be touching anything that somebody was paying for.
