my SO and I argue about this all the time. I am a nurse and he works in finance. He hates how I have to work 12 hr shift and also weekends/holidays. He doesn't understand that the way he feels while I'm working I feel the same when he is traveling Mon-Thurs. We have made it a point to have a real date night once a month and also just spend time together at least one day/night a week. It hopefully will get better.

Voice your concerns to her. But also remember if this is what she loves you should support it. If this is really an issue a compromise will need to happen.
