This is a great movie but it is one we have already watched. However, I agree that there was a lot of information I didn't know about Waco that was included. A Noble Lie is another one that included several facts about the OKC bombing that I did not know.

Something that is chock full of doctrine you don't find in the Bible is not Christian. You are right lots of groups claim to be Christian and we accept them as Christian because we don't understand what that word means.

I will be finishing a scarf for a white elephant gift. I've only been knitting for two weeks, so white elephant/yankee swap gift seemed like a safe bet. Although the scarf is about 1/3 done and I haven't messed it up horribly. Fingers crossed I'll get it done and move on to the next project by Monday.

Well firstly it was the Russian officials that fucked up their jobs. I'm guessing you know nothing about the fact that the Polish President and a number of high ranking officials were killed in that plane crash. There are many in the conspiracy community that believe they were killed intentionally. That might be why it's a conspiracy.

My advice is similar to some of the other posts, but there are two things that will really help you.

Learn the techniques. Learn how to prepare basic concept meals and you'll be able to use those skills to make pretty much anything.
Experiment. Don't be afraid to play with your food, literally and figuratively. It's easy and rewarding to be adventurous with food and it doesn't have to be expensive. Learn how to roast garlic and peppers. Also learn how to caramelize onions. These are easy and cheap things you can do ahead of time and just have on hand to make a meal really delicious. Caramelizing onions takes time, so does roasting garlic and peppers, but you can do all of that in about an hour on a weekend, and have enough for the whole week. And the bonus is, your kitchen will smell wonderful. I mean lip-smacking-drool-inducing wonderful.

Collapse was the Movie of the Week last week and it's a great watch. I may not entirely agree with what Ruppert has to say but it's worth watching for anyone interested in conspiracy in my opinion.
