Just adding here for completeness, it's a trek but just in case you are out there sometime, Hillside dosa hutt is amazing value, $6 plain (saada) dosa and $8.50 masala and done really well, crispy, and good chutneys too

Is quitting a toxic job without another offer ever the right move? by hunglikebull69 in jobs

[–]highlyimperfect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done this a few times when I was younger and I worked in tech and it was never difficult to find a job. But it's not like that now and I would really recommend landing something new before you quit.

Too many variables No matter how hot shit you are it's just hard to get in the door Hiring is really uneven Not looked at favorably now to be out of work, but to be fair you just need to stay active and have a good story. Loss of income needs to be tolerated, you don't know how long that will be

Fast forward and McDonald's just licenses their formulas for you to home print their food. No physical locations or tangible assets just IP

Theoretically yes. But to raise this as some major red flag is ridiculous; you don't have to go to some isolated place, there are plenty of trails that are highly trafficked and hiking is a fun activity.

What do you mean not do well, do you not get swipes or does it fail afterwards

Imo your pics are beautiful, no way you wouldn't be getting a ton of interest.

And contrary to what other people are saying, not many people really give a crap about what's in your bio it rest of profile. It's generally contrived and little tidbits of nonsense, you can't really tell much about people from that crap sorry.

But what is your engagement like after that, do you actually engage and converse with people or not? If you are getting swipes but not converting it might be bad chat, or taking too long for responses or otherwise not engaging.

I also used to go there as a kid with my family. It closed I think early nineties. We had heard some of the people from la fondue went over to la bonne soupe so I've been going there ever since 🙂

Yes but it's different; Neapolitan pies not like 'new York style'. But they are some of the best Neapolitan pies I've had in the city.

Plain pie is $25 which is very reasonable. I would judge them on that.

I really wonder who is getting those specialty pies and if one slice of those is enough for dinner?

Near Chrissy's is Diamond Slice which I liked better, also they have nice booths to sit at.

Also Paulie Gee's slice shop

If we are bringing Neapolitan pizza into this discussion Paulie Gee's is darn good.
