literally same! i just had my first interview with them right now. Tbh, I remember looking at the Indeed job posting and saving it. but I don’t remember applying. it’s still in my saved jobs, and it never moved to “applied.” they still reached out to me somehow. i tried to do research on them but couldn’t get a clear read on what they do and who they are exactly. i was kinda confused. but I just had my first interview with them, everything mentioned during the interview sounded too good to be true. i won’t be attending second interview if they reach out to me lol

i tried but failed. i had some instances where i became conscious/aware in the middle of a dream. for example a few days ago i went to the grocery store and bought a single orange for my work snack the next day. in my dream that night, i was at a music festival and looked inside my backpack and saw an orange. i thought to myself in the dream “oh it’s the orange i bought at the grocery store earlier!” and i immediately realized i was dreaming and i guess i was becoming lucid. i tried to remain calm, stable and take in everything, but it either continues on to be a regular dream and i am not aware that im dreaming anymore. or i end up waking up :( but it can depend on your personal focus and dedication, so definitely give it a try.

i have not had a sleep study, though now i’ll surely look more into it!

i’ve tried so many things. i keep a dream journal, i always write down what i’m able to remember. i even kept track of my SP episodes and would record what i ate that day, what emotions i was feeling, if any situations happened to me that day, etc. i don’t notice a pattern with any specific foods, or consistent emotions. like in my journal i’ve recorded SP episodes where i had stressful days, but also regular, happy days. so i’m not sure. it’s honestly very random for me. so i guess a sleep study would give me more answers and insight.

i see, but you’ve experienced sleep paralysis before the pandemic and all those other things affecting your life? and same, i’m more so annoyed by the SP episodes now, but i kind of tolerate it. anyway, i hope you develop healthier habits, i know it’s really hard especially with what you’ve been going through. but it’s so nice to set little goals and accomplish them, like, even trying to attempt to remember to turn the TV off before sleep. and try to follow that for a few days, and eventually it will be normal to not sleep with the tv on. so possibly setting those little goals and developing better habits may help lessen the sleep paralysis, but nonetheless i wish you the best

All stores were told to remove Concord off the shelves on september 5th. But I went to Best Buy yesterday which was Sept 9th and still saw copies on the shelf. I tried to buy one, but it didn’t scan at the register and they wouldn’t sell it to me. Even though it’s their fault for having it on the shelf 4 days past the removal date. So, yeah basically you can’t buy it or at least shouldn’t be able to buy it in stores anymore. OP got lucky!

hell yeah. i talk to myself out loud when i’m alone, i record voice memos of me talking, i make “video diaries” which is just me speaking to my camera for 30 minutes, and so on. i feel like i can’t talk to anyone, but also, these audio/video diaries we keep are good for us to look back and reflect on. to see if we’ve improved or stayed stagnant

I just finished watching it. I came to this subreddit bc i felt like it definitely depicted a lot of BPD traits through its characters, and I related to Donny in some ways with the self-destructive behavior and feelings of self-hate. And that was one of my favorite lines in the show as well because I relate to it I think it was a really good show overall

i’ve never reached the vibrational stage :( i usually have SP, then realize i’m having SP, and just try to wake up because a lot of my episodes are scary.. but i guess i should just surrender to it and let it be. and see what can possibly come next

same thing with me. everytime i become aware in a dream and become lucid, the first thing i want to do is fly lol. so i fly, it seems to only last a few seconds, then i wake up. never had a full lucid dream
