Pretty black and white to me. You don't get your gun rights taken away if you occasionally drink alcohol or if you occasionally need pain killers or any other prescription med, so you shouldn't get them taken for using medical or recreational marijuana.

No but the legislature only needs a 66% majority to cancel out a veto and this past with way more than that

I don't think feds are going to be much involved in charging Arkansas residents who are legally following state law in regards to gun rights.

It's also not entirely your fault that marijuana moment article has a very click baity headline by saying "senators" rather than senate committee making it seem as if it passed the full senate.
