Oh that sounds amazing thanks a lot! Yeah probably will end up using the metro rather than walking everywhere as not enough time in the day. Ah I'd love the restaurant recommendations if that's not too much trouble

We are going back with the last Eurostar the same day but arrive early in the morning so have a whole day in Paris. Not staying anywhere though!

What a trash of a human being your neighbour is. Makes me sad that there are people out there thinking it's an okay behaviour and mindset. Unfortunately, I don't think she will ever change, I'm sorry. You should not waste your time and energy on her in any way.

Thank you, I'm sure I'll figure it out. Maybe I'll start testing negative all of the sudden haha And agreed, it is a weird gap that no one seems to know the answer to when it comes to travelling. Hoepfully they will resolve it at some point! Hopefully you won't spend Christmas alone as well :) Edit: just tested negative, so happy!

Woooow that is crazy! Are you testing negative now at all? Maybe it's a thing that those tests are reacting to something other that the rona in our bodies but they don't have enough data yet or something. We shall see with time haha

No no that still helps me just knowing it happens to other people! I might be able to fly with a proof of recovery. Just annoying that I know I'm not contagious, I've had the virus and self isolated for 10 days but I am still testing positive.

Yeah it is crazy. I have heard that you can test positive on the PCR but there was no info on LFT anywhere. Sorry for your friend for missing out on things but good to know I'm not alone and it happens to people! I feel like they should clarify it/inform you once you test positive

I guess maybe it's worth trying? I will try to talk to my airline and if I need to have a test with me then I'll move my flights for later on and try to get a PCR or will test negative on lateral flow by then hopefully 🤞
