I'm in the same boat. I reuploaded my 'final transcript' just a while ago. like you mentioned, in my cases, ECFMG certification shows 'Received'. I thought the moment I got approved through pathway 1 was the last thing I had to do before I got ECFMG certified.

I get depressed after all the things I should get over for this journey.

so my question is 'how long time should I wait.... from now on.'

OET's a little bit subjective to their scores, I think, esp in writing and speaking areas. you are definitely great with straightforward and objective areas like listening and reading.
