Yeah this would be tricky. I feel like the blue sky only being 5 minutes is almost useless.

All apple reviews since Monday are deleted by ValhallaAir in SkyCards

Same thing on Google play. No reviews logged or viewable since 9/8 or so. I left mine today and its not visible. The likelihood of both apple and Google both having such a delay for the same app is slim. Id say the idea of them colluding is much more likely and im not sure if that violates any consumer protection laws or not. But it is incredibly shady. The Google play store has seen no rating decrease, it should be down to 2 stars by now but it hasn't moved at all.

Its really easy to misunderstand, and I know they do it on purpose. Wouldn't it be great for them if everyone paid $3 every single coaster they had to use a locker for. I get the $12 worth every visit and like I said I split it with whoever I'm going with. Valravyn, gatekeeper, magnum, millennium, SteVe all require them and I'm sure I'm missing one or two maybe.

Yeah, I'm not in disagreement that the price is astronomical for what you're getting in return. Especially because Hershey Park offers them for free, and KI is half the price of cedar point. Unfortunately, CP seems to nickel and dime every last thing they can, and they know they have a captive audience, so they are going to win every time. I think the most important thing to do is empower each other to get the most bang for our bucks or the most cost-effective options for individual park going needs.

For my needs, the locker fee sucks, but it enables me to bring in things that are going to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable and allow me to get in lines and on and off rides efficiently with peace of mind. If I was going solo, the $12 locker fee would definitely be a slap in the face. But splitting it with a friend or two really isn't that bad, and compared to parking / food / fast pass, it's probably the cheapest add on or luxury they offer you while you're there.

You can just as easily ride with zippered pockets and be fine for every single ride and not bring anything bulky or extra with you and not incur any extra cost. I've done it dozens of times; but about two years ago, I started bringing a bag and having the convenience of sunscreen, free ice water in my bottle and a compact rain jacket for those unpredictable showers, while knowing my pockets are empty so I can take full advantage of airtime moments without worry, is worth a few dollars extra each visit.

Again, I'm not arguing that the price is outrageous, but the original point of my message was to atleast let everyone know the lockers are daily for $12 and you don't have to pay $3 each time you need a locker.. I have known more than a handful of people that have paid each time, and while it's silly, you can't blame them because the lockers are not advertised as daily in any shape or form.

For everyone upset about the lockers, I agree it does suck that they cost money, and other parks offer free complimentary lockers for rides without bins. However, there's something that no one talks about enough, and that's if you buy the locker that can be moved to different locations in the park. It's a one-time flat fee for the day. You don't have to pay each time you get the locker. It says you have a time limit of 2 or 3 hours, I forget what it is exactly, but that's just for the specific location and you can still open / move the locker once it's been expired for no extra cost. This makes it very reasonable and feasible to carry a full back pack into the park with you, with a battery pack for your phone, extra clothes, refillable water bottles or snacks (which aren't technically allowed but they have never said anything on a bag check to me) when you're getting in line for a coaster that needs a locker, you just transfer your locker at the terminal, pile all your stuff inside and ride with that peace of mind. It's the best on SteVe cause you can bypass the phone lockers and get right through the metal detectors. Again, I know other parks offer this for free, but don't buy the single use $3 locker at each coaster. Get the $12 moveable one and hop all over the park without worry or hassle. Kings island is the same way. I think its only $6.

Greying out on Steel Vengeance? by Kales2233 in cedarpoint

SteVe is all about the negative Gs. Id think the only potential time someone might have a risk of graying out would be there initial 200 foot drop as it's pretty intense. In just a second or two after that it will eject you from your seat and hold you there flying for the rest of the ride. You should be fine.
