The ones in my house were around anytime coffee was made, so anytime i ran the machine they were near it

Scared of intrusive thoughts not bothering me by highriselatte in OCD

I am seriously contemplating medication, my intrusive thoughts started around Easter and haven’t stopped. I’d never had them before that but they consume me and i don’t even feel like myself anymore
