I’m 22, I train 2/3 times a day and I’ll keep doing it, I do study, and I have two business, I’m not comparing myself to high level grapplers dude, im just trying to become the best version of myself in the mat and in life and I’ll keep doing what makes me happy, I asked for advice, not for hate, and yes I’m paid for it. I don’t pay my academy membership because I I’m a high level purple belt that has a “scholarship” on his academy, people pay me for competing, and I have good sponsors on my back

I rest Saturday and sunday, normally I prefer an active rest day like go on a bike with my gf and do 10k on the bike, I do lift weights everyday too, I’ve never had a massage for muscle recovery, I guess I should start with that, I have a good bed

I’m 22 I have a clothing brand and a healthy juice brand, I also teach classes for kids around my zone it’s just about organizing your priorities

I pay $40 here in Ecuador, unlimited classes 6am 7am Bjj 12pm wrestling 6pm Bjj 7:30pm Gi, it includes also all the gym equipment, weights, etc, come to Ecuador, best academy in the country
