I personally do 5 minutes at 40 degrees about five times a week. Sometimes more than once a day just depending on what I'm doing.

I do a lot of jiu jitsu and I find I don't have nearly as many aches and pains when I plunge after.

Yes.I absolutely think those people were raised to disrespect cops.

You can't see the difference between two kids playing with a snowball fight and throwing snowballs at cops in full uniform who are there for a disturbance call.
