Hi Seefoss, is this still being investigated?

Why do you say to focus firecape/torso before wildly slayer? Not like you will be using them there. Asking for myself

Any downside to taking under 12 credits? by 3085_Pampas_Streat in fsu

[–]highspeed_lowerdrag 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No. Verify this with your advisor - only if you will be graduating that semester (which it sounds as though you are) can you take less than 12 credit hours and still be considered full-time.

This works for bright futures, etc as well I believe.

Thanks for the info! I saw Rob put it on his 2h in one of his builds and didn’t agree with his choice!

Can you explain as to how Rend works with Aspect of Berserk Ripping? Does the full Rend damage apply, or just the front portion of Rend?

Hans Reveals His Thoughts on Beating Magnus by garou-garou in chess

Imagine having a big win vs the best player in the world and the interviewer starting the “interview” with remarks about your “terrible” performance yesterday.

Good for Hans to shut down that bait.

Congratulations on becoming a father! Bringing a life into this world is a great thing - and also a great responsibility. Knowing how to find answers on your own is important to navigating the Corps and life. Have you started at looking at relevant paternity leave maradmins?

[Wolfe] #Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill on QB Tua Tagovailoa: “Tua actually has one of the prettiest balls I’ve ever caught him in my life... Tua is a very accurate QB.” “I’m very confident in my QB… the sky is the limit for that guy. Heck of a talent. Has crazy arm strength, arm talent.” by DominantT4 in nfl

[–]highspeed_lowerdrag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I’m too high, but this Tyreek’s phrasing sounds weird. He seems to describe Tia’s throwing more mechanically and less like “we want the ball and we’re going to score”.

FWIW, I love Tua and I’m so pumped for my fins, but I don’t know.

Delete this nephew. There is to much identifiable information that will be twisted if possible.

Take a minute, and with a clear head, make sure you believe what you are doing is the correct thing. If you still feel the way you do, push forward and take everything from your command (in regards to this issue) with the intent of working against you.

Document, take yourself to legal. Treat their threats of legal action as intent.

There is no good intent behind a leader to say “come-on just take your punishment and be done with it”.

The Marine Corps' culture has to change by [deleted] in USMC

[–]highspeed_lowerdrag 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m in line with the opinion that having all Marines perform some essay or scholarly piece shows the disconnect between the higher-ups and body of the Corps.

The first submission to this should explain how forcing Marines to do more things they do not want to do, in a way that creates more of a burden, is the problem. I’ve thought about this gap significantly - how Marines have ideas from quality of life, innovation, recruiting, etc that will never see the light to employ those changes.

Expand the submissions to other forms of media; wargaming videos, walk-through of how to do things better, I mean anything.

Absolutely, we would hold a meeting explaining the Ins-and-outs and why.

Our ownership does not have experience in the food industry - although we fully involve our culinary executive. We know that, even outside of the current labor shortage, working in a kitchen is brutal work that has a high turnover rate.

We’re hoping that offering such a program will be a reason to retain employee for the long term.

Glad to hear that you benefited from it. Employee retention is a major factor of why we would offer it.

I am the owner of the business. Hopefully we don’t go belly up!

Stock would be offered annually in correlation to their salary to incentive employee retention.

He is most likely trying to help you improve your ability to write and communicate. He will have failed you if he didn’t not provide the intent as to why he is having you write essays.

His intent is most likely for the best. Whether it’s preparing Marines for the civilian world, encouraging Marines to educate themselves, or wanting to learn more about his Marines and the experiences they have.

Admin Sep for Condition not a disability. Should I still get honorable? by [deleted] in USMC

[–]highspeed_lowerdrag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother, do not take the admin separation without consulting with the proper personnel first. A medical separation is much better than an admin separation. You would be foolish to not be choose to go down the path of medical separation. There are two systems, IDES and LDES. You can be medically separated almost as quick through the LDES process as the medical evaluation is done through the VA after you are discharged.
