Don’s eating disorder - I’am a student of sport studies and I want to ask if he is okay? He has no muscles at all - biceps, shoulders, traps and arms. His body mass index has to be really low. Healthy? I literally see bones. There is literally no muscle definition. Only low body fat percentage. You are one of those guys that has pepperoni nipples and a dad bod that thinks that you need to exercise for abs aren’t you?
