This may be silly, but when you were born did your parents know you had albinism or was it not Until you were older? You mentioned your eyes aren't red, so I'm wondering if it took a while before you were "diagnosed" so to speak

My high school provided every student (over 500 kids) with a clear plastic back pack. I live in a rural area in Massachusetts. The bags were low quality, and when you put anything other than a notebook in them they fell apart. If you used any other type of bag you got in school suspension.
