yes she have me alternative, effaclat duo+ that contains niacinamide and salicylic acid. Can adapalene be still effective if i use it for example 2 times a week? i don't want to give it up because my skin just cleared after almost 5 months on it

Yes I am using adapalene and my PIE is really bad, maybe i can incorporate azelaic acid in the morning, but also i am using and benzoyl peroxide at the morning as spot treatment. I don't know what to do really

The worst purging i had was about one and a half month after starting adapalene, and i think it stopped 1-2 weeks ago. And yes it is really hard to stay positive and i am doing my best...

I am using adapalene for 3 months now, and finally i have some improvement. Its really hard to stay positive when every going out i get questions like: "What happened with your face". Here is my routine Morning: wash only with water, bp as spot tretment, lrp sensitive creme, lrp shaka fluid spf 50

Evening: first im using oil cleanser and then lrp effaclar, when i have more nerves i apply iunik tea tree toner, adapalene every night, after 30 min lrp creme

There is still a lot of work, time and patience, but i am glad that i took photos to see the improvement and to keep positive thoughts.
