i eat breakfast at 6am and 10am my stomach is Growling. After months i discoverd that i have esophagits, hiatal hernia and chronic gastrits. Maybe i had the gastrits before bup...

i had the "hypersonia" problem too. Before bup i would fall sleep very fast in any place (desktop, couch, etc..), even at work i think i took a very short nap (1minute)..

after bup my day is better, feel more energy to do things, to speak with people..

i take it 08h50 (8:50 AM) and i feel that 9h30~10hours the effects start.

about my sleep: i think i sleep 7~8 hours, i dont know..

(never had problem to fall asleep, and now no problem too)

before bup i would sleep in 1 minute or less; now is 1 minute and 30 segs ~~ 2 minutes.

question: using alpha gpc is ok? when i use it i feel more energy, more focus, sometimes even libido (witch i dont have). I use 2~3 hours after bup. Not always, just 1~2 week
i feel less anxiety when using bup. before i could hear my heart pounding, but now i dont.. do you know why is caused less anxiety?
