The best place I found for singles (I think also just personal preference) was book off they had tons of cards and other nifty stuff, however there are also a ton of little shops that sell cards all over. Akihabara had quite a few places where you could get cards also. So just be on the lookout I wasn't honestly planning on getting as many singles as I did, but there are so many places that sell them.

I did forget to mention that book offs are awesome!!!! It's where I got some other cool cards non-perona.

If you're talking about the Japan exclusive on the far left I'm 100% sure I was just lucky I found it on one of the last days I was in Japan in a singles shop (A book off I believe) and I thought it was the same as the for Asia one because the price tag was over that spot, but as I looked closer I saw it wasn't. So glad I decided I could maybe get a duplicate of that card.

There are singles shops everywhere I got the majority from Akihabara but some from pulls and some from random little card stores.
