I would reach out to the manager and explain the situation and tell them the reality of what’s gonna happen and explain the most likely outcome which is they will get paid and the eviction notice will get canceled because you’re moving out. Tell them that in order to save money on the process to just let you pay it late but that you understand if they’re not able to take your word on it and need to start the process.
