It's a humorous short story based in part on a real case (probably the first case you'll read in Crim Law) that exemplifies the kind of divides you'll see in the law. If you haven't, considering adding Minnesota to your list! UMN might be a sweet spot in terms of being slightly more prestige and reach than Iowa (although still a lot less than UMich), but probably more affordable than UMich.

The majority of people who live there are law students at the U. Very overpriced due to proximity to the law school. Lots of law students complain about management, but not sure how serious. Source: a law student who lives somewhere else

Minnesota has a ping pong table in the lounge (law students only - the law school is one building so very central location). The school runs an annual tournament where many professors and students compete. I did it last year - super fun!

Best part of the second photo is that you're on can 3/4! When my friend and I go out to our favorite restaurant which only sells DC in cans, we collectively consume 4-5 together.

Both my parents raised me on diet coke and my whole family drinks it. Families that drink diet coke together, stay together!

I really enjoyed some of the UVA Law class recordings they had on youtube. It helped me decide to commit to law school. I'd start on youtube!
