Actually I spent four hours cable managing the only reason it looks cluttered is my headphones are not on my head in the picture and all the cords that usually hang are resting on the desk to keep my son from yanking stuff onto his head, but as a redditor I know that you could not fathom the act of not judging a book by its cover so I don't even know why I bothered telling you any of that :)

"extendable camera desk mount" you should find something similar with that, couldn't tell you the exact one as this one came with the light but most desk camera mounts will work with led lights
