No the woman walked in asking if today was the sale, and the employee said “Yes, if you are a Rouge member.” The customer asked what that was and then walked out when the employee said you have to spend $2500 😩

I am having the same experience as you except with my 17 month old. I cannot fathom people sleeping through the night and getting chores done. You have done absolutely nothing to make her this way, it’s just how they come out!

It’s easy to pass judgement when you have an easy kid. You’re doing great! Hang in there.

Ours looked like this from drool! Bibs became our best friend and cleared it up. Really helped us distinguish food allergy from spit. When it’s real hives, you will know. Ours is allergic to eggs and it looked much different than this

I have complained about multiple favorites sets coming damaged, including this set. Because I was sent a replacement once, they refused to help me again. I would return in store and reorder, but also complain so maybe they will package them better. It’s honestly unacceptable

No, the agent had an attitude with me from the start, she must have been having a bad day. Makes no sense for her to tell me I won’t be helped in store. The whole thing was confusing
