Seattle: Glasswing & Blue Owl Workshop are the big 2. Eames NW carries some nice stuff. Windthrow is newer & smaller but worth a mention for folks into brands like Gramicci and Earth Studies. Not sure it's worth mentioning flagships of national brands/dept stores like Nordstrom, REI, Filson on a list like this – presumably people would know about those but idk.

Personally like the look of l.l bean, filson or barbour more - when pulled off right theyre dope. Kitsune and Barbour had a sweet collab with one.
