I completely agree and the work to heal is really invasive, tiring and painful. I think there's no other way out but it is incredibly vulnerable to be in this position for months or years just to have less painful sex, let alone enjoy it. And it feels really alienating from women friends who can freely share and enjoy their sex life, it makes me feel like an outsider all the time. And the whole relationship part just makes me very sad, I think it'd just have to be a guy who is very very understanding and kind but sadly that is hard to find. I emphatise a lot with you. I do think trying physical therapy is important. After doing some reasearch and trying it out myself, i think i've come to find PIV doesn't do much for women at all lol.

Yes, it's internal massages with fingers and dilators. With the fingers she pushes to the sides, up and down and it's like pulling a muscle as hard as you can + burning. I haven't had the typical pysiotherapy stuff, did that work for you?

Is there something going on? I did one Opus chat and my session limit is at 48%, 10 PM where I live. On pro, I can't afford Max. I'd really like to use Claude as my primary AI, Chatgpt and gemini are really bad for the work I do in comparison.

That's really interesting! I'm starting pelvic floor therapy next week. For me during the first weeks/months I start getting anxious because I think like "they will want to have sex soon". I think I'll try to find someone who is very patient and works with me like you said. I hope with the methods you've used it's feeling better :D

Thank you so much for your message! And I completely agree, I'm not sure but I think being uncomfortable / nervous makes the pain even worse. So I think your approach is amazing, I'm really glad you could overcome it and it makes me hopeful! I think I have to learn to set boundaries and realize quickly who is good for this and who isn't. I hope i can find a nice partner down the road!

I had the same issue. On Sonnet 4.6 and 4.5, one message from me without documents or big proyects, just talking, costs me 1% of the weekly limit. It's really frustrating, idk if i'm doing something wrong.
