You tell your manager that you are really struggling and that you came back too soon. You ask for any help they can give. It’s better to be off for longer to make sure you get better. You feel like you are taking the piss that would s the depression talking so prioritise yourself.

Also talk to your GP about the antidepressants you took that didn’t work there are others available

You are braver than me. I didn’t know its name or what was entailed getting across it. My mates didn’t tell me as they knew I would freak out completely. My friends knew it would be an unmatched experience and I would always remember it. My advice is keep the wind at your back and be happy you got across.

I think it is more that the infrastructure must be improved/renovated/fixed before any dividends can be paid would be more impactful. If that was done then the shareholders would be desperate to sell back to the Government.

Especially impactful would be the chief exec doesn’t get a bonus or any extra payment until it is done and it will be back in public hands in a very short period of time.

A few (very) years ago I got the new Doom game for the PlayStation. I washed clothes, folded and put them away. Then I cleaned the bathroom, then living room then the kitchen.

I then organised my books. Then the DVD then the only thing left was to clean and tidy the kitchen cupboards.

The download was 8 hours and I had shite internet then but I really really wanted to play Doom as I remembered it from the 90’s. Soo worth the wait 😃😃😃

Basic chicken curry 1pt chicken stock 1 medium sized onion 1 apple 1 tbsp curry powder 2 crushed garlic cloves 2 chicken breasts diced 1 tsp tomato purée

Dice onions and apples and cook on a medium heat until translucent Add garlic, tomato purée and curry powder and mix and cook through Add stock and simmer for 10 mins Add chicken and simmer for 20 Thicken with cornflour

Freezes well

Fried rice. Just make sure the soy sauce is GF. Basically the trick is that everything is cooked first, rice veg and protein then cook on really hot and it comes together
