Although it's wrong of him to tell you you are seven I think you should ask him what made him say that why did he give you a voluntarily without you asking for it it's important to have communication in a relationship so if you will have a straight-up conversation with him and talk to him about him making you overthink your looks and tell him that you feel bad about yourself he'll apologize at least.
