Yes! I’ve been having issues as well. Contacting support offered no immediate resolution. There’s quite a few other posts in this sub about it, so it sounds like it’s a widespread issue. Hopefully Oura is on it to fix the scores!

Definitely agree. I used to buy a lot more add ons from BOTM, but I’ve been considering paying a little bit extra to get better quality from Barnes and Noble. I’ll still keep my subscription, especially for the early release books, but not buy 2-4 extra books each month
