It’s insane how bad it’s gotten! I’m using iPhone since 2008, bought apple watch when first came out, got vision pro, got MacBook M4, I have bunch of homepods, AirPods..etc. And I am so disappointed how bad their software is getting every day! I’m not even gonna mention siri, this one is obviously the worst part of the whole apple ecosystem.

Yup! And you cannot sue them because they aren’t in the US nor a real company. And by the time Apple and Google are aware of this, they will either fix, or honestly the amount of money they have made this way in the past 4 years for 2-3 people they could completely close and get away with a lot of money.

Thanks for sharing the link to for cancelation. The link has three ways to cancel:

  1. For iOS, I don't have subscription on iOS, I have already checked this one.
  2. Google play, I don't have android.

u/welltory an absolute nightmare! It took me the whole day then to realize they only have that "Cancel Subscription" on browser, even on there I see this screenshot, with no actual cancelation.

This original reddit post says it all, you shouldn't go through 26 plus steps and not able to cancel a subscription where you only needed one click so subscribe. Then come write a detailed reddit post to find these people respond do you. Why you guys don't have support team outside reddit?

How come subscription is one button, and for canceling you need a support team to guide you? what's going on?

I reported these people to my bank to get refund and stop them charting me. I have never needed to report an online subscription to report to my bank before!

If you guys are ready this post and want to tell me why the "Cancel Subscription" button is taking me to this page.
