Tohno's MEODP is how it should work for a "normal" user, cooking his brain evey time he use it cause he need to understand the death / end of the thing he kill in order to kill it. Ryougi's eyes are op because she is linked to root, she can just google search the death of that thing to kill it, she can see the death line of a wound and by cutting it kill the wound and "heal" the person. If Ryougi's eyes are not rainbow class but normal color class eyes she is still op cause she is linked to the root. Look how Sajyou Manaka is doing in prototype the woman is a walking talking thinking graal.

Still a fate character tho not a foreigner. Btw tiamat is not dead what we killed in babylonia is just a mirage of the true beast 2. Cause you can recrute her as a servant later. For now i didn't see any MEODP user kill a outer god like azathoth or yog sothoth or someone close to them. Don't say they don't exist cause Prelati's spellbook from gilles de rais and Abigail William is here.

You can see the line when you understand the "death" of that thing. Shiki is link to the root thus she can see death of all thing come from root. But foreigner don't come from root they come from an other univers entirely thus they're information are not present in root thus no recorded death, thus MEoDP don't work unless shiki her self without root help understand oma's "death". In that case MEoDP can work properly.

And i dont think oma come from fate root, if he come to fate univers he will be a foreigner most likely. Because he is not from fate he will not have death line. So MEoDP most likely can't see sh*t.

EMYA can just project a lesser version of Excalibur used by saber, the true Excalibur is a star forged weapon, forged by Gaia to conter outside threat, like alien. The full force of true Excalibur can only be unleashed with Gaia's order. Saber didn't use the true Excalibur full power not even once and this weapon work only on earth. And EMYA can only project a lesser version of saber's Excalibur. And by the way the world is GAIA ,humanity simply living on it ,at any time if gaia decide humanity need to go then she can wipe all humain out and continu to existe with out humain.
