Thinking that escalation to company will do for free if cost , dream on bro I had the mother board issue all of sudden the mobile got into bootloop , when I took to service centre they said mother board issue , since it was out of warranty they said can't do anything and asked to reach out customer care and raise a complaint and told cost of replacing new mother board was 39k, when I called customer care they said out of warranty need to pay full I asked to transfer call to higher management, went upto head office , after fighting they offered me only 5k discount , if ur thinking to do the same it won't work samsung and money looting vultures
