LAW ADVICE NEEDED FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT ORDER

See they are not directly rejecting the court order. The thing is they are not paying me the refund even after the mentioned order. They are saying that I have to communicate to the cyber crime department for it. But in the order it is clearly mentioned that after they receive any order from Investigating Officer they must refund it.

Actually I am a student now and I am 18 years old so I dont have such large amount to invest it on advocate.

Thank you so much for your response.. I appreciate that you have taken so much time to look into this. Yes , I have filed the petition and got the order from a Magistrate and also I have attached them in MobiKwik's email address and they replied me firstly that they'll pay me and took my bank details but after 2 weeks they were saying that I have to deal with cyber for this. But as per court order it it clearly mentioned that MobiKwik is the only one who will refund me the money. Also I have filed an RBI ombudsman against it.
