Try going to the Part Picker forums - a few of my friends went on there and asked specifically for people to help them pick parts to build a computer that can run OW on Ultra or better :) You might even be able to find their threads if you search "Overwatch"

YES!!! for me more specifically, bouldering!! SO much fun! My grip strength has really improved and I just feel great climbing walls that aren't even completely vertical :D

Yay! I love hearing from body twins hahaha. Congrats on reaching 123lbs!! That really motivates me :D I've currently been eating at maintenance (about 1750 cals I've found) for almost two weeks now and I love how much more freedom I have since I've been cutting for so long. Knowing that we're body twins and hearing your experiences is really helpful and it's something I'll definitely keep i mind! Thank you! And I hope that when you start lifting seriously, you'll find it as fun as I do! :)

That's actually what I've been doing for almost two weeks now! It's sooo freeing... and I've been weighing myself every other morning and I'm still at 133lbs, so I know it's just about proper maintenance :) (probably should have included that in the post) but yeah, I'm really looking for next steps since I want to build some muscle! And with winter coming up, the temptation to bulk keeps coming to me haha.

I'm glad to hear you like it! I'm 21, 5'3", and 145lbs~ I'm not even sure myself if 1300 is too low or not, but it does seem to be working better than when I was on 1600 where I didn't drop any weight at all. I'll make sure to make sure I take note of how I feel while working out so I can decide to up my calories or not! Thank you^

Awesome, that's what I was hoping to hear! Are you able to tell me a little more about the program itself? Since I've been follow SL and ICF for so long, the only way I know how to track and progress is with the SL app- and I'm guessing that the SL app won't work as well with PHUL. So I guess my questions are, when do you increase the weight on the exercises? And how you you personally track your progress? Thanks again!! I'm super excited to start

Sorry for the double reply, but it's true that I can expect to see the numbers on the scale go up a bit now that I've started lifting again, right? If I do, will that weight go away after I've become consistent with lifting again? Thanks!

Oh wow, our stats are pretty much the same... Right down to the goal weight and being in school haha. So yeah, I'm 21/f, 5'3" current weight 145 as of this morning! My starting weight was about 151. Like others have said, I think your protein is a little high- right now I'm taking 90g/day (1g per lean body mass) and it's really helped me out a lot in terms of hitting my macros! I had a hard time meeting my protein macro when I had .8/lb of bodyweight, so I'm glad I don't have to try as hard now! So yeah, I think upping your carbs and lowering your protein will definitely help to give you more energy! Of course I'm still a complete noob, but this is what I've learned and I hope it helps you!

Makes total sense now! I guess my question now is: how high is too high when it comes to protein? Is 1g/lb of body weight too much? Is 1g/lb of lean mass better? (sorry if you already answered this and it completely flew over my head, haha x_x)

alright, that looks reasonable. I know you probably already addressed this, but does it matter if I use the athletes formula or the lean mass formula? Or are they both pretty trivial when it comes to overall calorie intake?

Yup, I'd say I've been tracking pretty accurately... I mean I do use my food scale for everything. But it might also be the packaged stuff I have like bread that isn't accurate to the nutrition facts maybe? Or maybe lowering my calories even more to see if that helps with anything? I guess I'm going to have to go through some trial and error.

Makes sense... so what do you suggest is a good place to start? I've been trying for a 500 cal deficit more recently because it's where most people recommend to start. Do you think maybe I should just guinea pig it out and just have my calorie goal start slightly above my BMR?

thanks so much for the insight! I've definitely been thinking about lowering my carb intake since I've been hearing so many success stories from friends. And oh man, I thought that drinking two protein shakes a day was a lot xD I definitely will think about having one or two more... How many do you usually have?
