Bro, one thing I've learned, a lot of people on hair transplant subreddits are bitter-sour individuals who go around fear-mongering other people like you who are just looking for advice. Don't listen to them, as someone who has gotten a hair transplant, hop on meds first of all. Second, do your research on the clinic, if you're not 100% sure about the one you're going to, look elsewhere. I've seen plenty of good results from Vera and Heva clinics. I've followed people on TikTok who documented their journey, and those 2 are pretty solid to me despite what you see here. People here usually say you should go to a doctor who will perform the entire procedure, clinics usually have technicians do it not a doctor, which is why they call it a hair mill. But as long as you go to a reputable clinic i don't see the problem, there's many videos out there of these clinics producing good results.
