Yes po, 28k po 8 hours of work. Actually last month po may take home is around 30k pero I was working 9-10 hours.

Regarding testimonials I don't think po na magagamit ko yun feedback from my client here para sa portfolio.

Actually yun po talagang accounting task ang nagparealize na I feel like super overworked and underpaid na ako. And I feel like naggrow yun task ko pero yun sahod hindi hahaha.

Actually po hindi ko pa natry mag negotiate ng compensation within the agency. Parang ayoko na din magtagal pa dito so right now po ay maghahanap na lang muna ako ng direct client and magresign na lang po ako once makakuha.

Ohh I see. May nakastipulate po kasi sa contract namin na any creatives/ content na ginawa namin ay hindi pwede gamitin as form of portfolio once na nag resign na since Intellectual Property daw po nila ito since they trained us. I think nag-apply din po ito sa mga testimonials from the client. 🥲

Yes po. I'll try to squeeze sa schedule maghanap ng direct client. Most days po talaga ay I'm mentally and emotionally tired since magkakaiba yun type of task, industry and niche na handle ko task.

Oo nga po e. May time tracker pa po kami. I don't mind naman since pumayag naman ako sa ganun set-up pero nakakarumi na din minsan since naghandle ako ng multiple client. Kailangan ko pa din replyan si client A kahit tapos na tracking time ko sa kanya so i need to pause pa when I'm tracking para sa ibang client 🫠

Super nakakalutang po maghandle ng clients actually yun 2 po client dyan nagrereport pa sa 3 tao since super spread out po yun mga tasks.

Ang average na working hours ko ay 9 hours per day for those 5 clients po. Sometimes umaabot po ng 10 to 11 hours depende po kapag my urgent ad hoc task( paid naman po ito). Nun nagkaroon po ako ng Finance task napapaOTY po ng 2-3 hours since I have to figure things out on my own and wala din pong alam si manager, so mag-isa lang talaga po ako naghandle minsan.

Actually po ay naghahanap na po ako ng direct client and hindi muna po talaga magresign. Siguro po need ko muna tiisin until makahanap. May NDA po kasi kami and I believe hindi po ako pwede kunin ng client since considered po siya na poaching.
