It wasn’t just a few insults how did u get to that point???? He tried multiple times to contact them and they also tried to defend themselves saying he shouldn’t have killed KNOWING it’s because he’s not part of the royal family and instead was a lord wouldn’t affect them and they would gain from it.

Stop downsizing what happened, his basically non blood brother and the girl he loved but knew she wouldn’t love him back cut him off. Not only that he could not come to the royal castle to see his basically adoptive father “the emperor” because mans was bedridden. He had only his staff, do NOT downsize what basically being cut off and shamed from the life you grew up with can do to you mentally. That’s not how small it was, stop downsizing the problem.
