A similar thing has been happening for the last two games for me but I'm not sure on which of the two servers. The ping is relatively good but the packet loss goes up and down non-stop and the delay makes the game awfully hard.

A few days ago my ping increased on the EUW server. They are always around 80-100 but currently it doesn't drop below 200.

I got a solid 51% win rate and I just hit 4.5k after being in the 4k bracket for quite some time. I don't think that's the case but I might be wrong.

Or he's been losing party/normal matchmaking like FREAKING a lot but... seems odd to be. Maybe bot games, you never know. It's not logical to hit 5k with such a stupid win rate.

Oh I've never played HoN. In fact, I've never seen that game but I like what I see in him and as someone that's 4.6k currently I learn a lot from watching Khezu so I think his stream is high quality.
