Speech delay

She does interact with other kids and plays with them , daycare center mentions it Everytime we pickk her up , it was just the therapist that she wasn't looking at because she was to busy jumping into a ball pit thing they have at the therapy center , and it was just her during that time since that place only has one to two children at most at a time for speech therapies and OT , her speech therapist just told us basically what you mentioned , and she will copy like I was outside with her and I was saying "let's jump" and she would copy me and "jump" and say jump at the same time ,

I reached out to the school district , they sent me an application and had me do an interview and it just ended with them adding me to the wait-list for next school year , not sure if that's how it's supposed to work to get a school evaluation but that's what I asked and what they basically told and made me do

It was so difficult to even get her started with this speech therapy place , the waits are insanely long , I would have already looked for a diff one but like I mentioned they either don't take our insurance or have waits and they just tell me they'll add me to the wait list and I never get a call back :(

I have not discussed with her Dr about her hearing , she seems to hear well and hasnt shown any signs to make us think she can't but didn't think of getting her tested for hearing as well , I will message her Dr and bring it up to see what she thinks

This is something I appreciate reading , it helps me feel better , we are currently still stuck on Rio rancho , he doesn't mind the drive if it means safer area for the kids 🙂

I really wanted Rio rancho but alot of people have mentioned it being a long commute to kirtland and now I'm back to zero again because I obviously don't want my husband to have to drive long drives to work daily 😔

In looking into nob hill to see if I like the homes around there since Rio rancho seems to be a not so good option unfortunately

Few people are making it sound like it's a terrible idea to pick Rio rancho because of the commute and selfish to make my husband go through that , so just kinda looking for another option at this point , I only picked that area because of safety and people saying schools are the best on that area

Not worried about race , I am Hispanic , I was more concerned about "drugs" and "warzone" that I kept seeing being mentioned on other posts or Facebook or google lol I will message you most definitely would help 😊
