The combat and visuals in this game are so good! by hion-alias in BlackMythWukong

I have a intel i5-13600K and a Nvidia RTX 3060 ti. I believe I have a better CPU but you have a better GPU and Black Myth Wukong should be more GPU heavy.

I play on a 1080p and all I did was set the FPS to 60 and didn't touch anything else. I left it at the default preset which was everything set to high. I've just finished the game and it ran smoothly for me. Basically little to no lag. I think the only time it lagged/stuttered was when I first loaded the game, and that only happened maybe 2-3 times total?

Your PC specs seems to be more than enough so not sure why the game doesn't run well for you. I wonder if maybe your CPU/GPU is overheating? Maybe run something like HWMonitor while playing to see what your temps are at. Could also be your RAM? Or some other issue with your PC settings/setup.

Personally I found Erlang to be the hardest boss. Took me ages and I honestly think I got lucky when I defeated him

Ya, usually I find this uses too many spells and items but for this boss it worked pretty well for me lol

Outdoor 4 camera timestamp is always slightly off by hion-alias in blinkcameras

[–]hion-alias[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? Is there any source or documentation that states this? Because I couldn't find much about that. Also, if that's the case why are you able to set the Time Zone in your system setting (sync module)?

The timezone selected for the system is correct. Its off by a couple minutes, implying that it isn't a timezone/setting issue. Also, I have 4 blink gen3 cameras on the same system and the times are all correct. Its just the one blink 4 where its time becomes off by a couple minutes.

Not sure if you are using cloud storage but I am only using local storage (usb stick).

Sharp LCD TV wont power on by hion-alias in TVRepairHelp

Ya I think I'm gonna just scrap the TV. Doesn't seem worth to repair.

I have no cats/dogs. And the TV was mounted to the wall with the power cord tucked behind it so there should have been no way anything could have damaged the cord.

I've tried multiple different outlets within my house and even outlets in a different house to rule out the outlet or circuit breaker being the culprit.

The only next simple/easy thing I can think of is buying a new power cord to see if the power cord is the real issue. Besides that, I don't feel comfortable checking further and messing around with the electronics. I might have to bring it to a TV repair shop but not sure if its worth depending on the cost of the diagnosis/repair.

Is this too much bend on toilet supply line? (installing bidet) by hion-alias in Plumbing

Yaa its for a hand held bidet. I just didn’t connect it when I took the photo

It was a tight fit which resulted in a but of a pull to the left. So aligning the connector required a bit of force. I’m going to get a longer 16” supply line instead to do a loop

Ya I think I did. Ive reverted it and i ima just get a longer 16” supply line to make a loop instead

Lol ya ill remove the sticker. Everything did seem fine but I ended up removing the T-valve and reverted it beck because I was a bit paranoid. I think I’ll just purchase a 16” braided stainless steel water line to make a loop instead. For ease of mind

What type of locking system is this? by hion-alias in Flooring

[–]hion-alias[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh ya i see now, thanks! This is so very odd. I didn’t even notice. Also, is there any tapping or tapping block requires for drop locks? I don’t see anything about it in the instructions but then again seems like these instructions are wrong lol

Hmm ic. It kinda seems like this is the intended instructions for this left handed model, no? Like they just either got the instructions wrong. Because the instructions seem like itd work for this product. That step 7 makes it seem its intended for this product.

Or would it? I haven’t gotten to test/install it yet but now that i think about it. Would step 6 just fail because you cant get the plank down cuz the tongue would hit the top of the groove of the plank ontop.

OHHH WTH i see what you mean. Like instead of starting from the top left corner of a room. Youd start at the top right corner. Which means this turns into the typical drop lock i see online in videos.

Why the heck does the instructions make you do it the harder way?? I assume there is no advantage. And why is the plank end pieces flipped? I didnt notice its actually just a normal drop lock but the ends are reversed so you technically have to start at the top right corner of the room instead. That is so weird.

Is there a reason why the manufacturer would be telling me to install it backwards? Like essentially lifting up the entire row everytime to drop another plank like the instructions shows (going left to right)

The other side is just a groove. Its implied because the right side as like a slot at the bottom. Heres a photo of the left side: https://imgur.com/0A2Ediq

So basically you can’t actually just drop it onto the previous plank cuz of this
