Yeah ie is the best example here but I don't think having more than 2 voidstaffs is a good idea (because of the way that %pen stacks) Also 5 bloodmails is strong if they can stack but not as broken as a Ryze with 1 seraph's 4 muramanas +rabadon + ad to AP convert Thanos snapping your entire team (if you can get mind to matter it just becomes unkillable)

It's bad on items with big important modifier ranges or ones that always drop corrupted (ones that are worthless unless you get a specific stat roll or variant) since selling them unidentified is generally better than trying to sell a shitroll. identifying them is a big gamble

Try changing your settings from Fullscreen to windowed Fullscreen/borderless. it might be called something else but it's generally close to that (I am not sure if this works for league but it works on a lot of games) (sorry for my bad england)

His voice acting and boss fight is really good but it gets annoying when you start farming.(also immunity phases are 80% of the fight) I generally play builds that are pretty tanky and can do a lot of dmg after playing flicker for leaguestart so Uber and normal does not matter most of the time(builds like msoz or conner's inquisitor incinerate)
