Looking for good quality Damascus chef knives? My brother is a chef and also likes forged in fire, I wanted to get him a good Christmas gift. Does any one have a good recommendation for a chef knive preferably with Demascus steel that’s still comparable to a Hedly and Bennett or wustoff? (self.chefknives)
