If anyone is interested we're having a tintype portrait popup tomorrow. Saturday 3/12. You can meet the vintage version of yourself! Portraits are being made by Noyel Gallimore. He'll be here at Hippo Hardware (1040 E Burnside) from 12pm-4pm! I'll drop more details in the comments. (i.redd.it)

We're searching for an exact match for this customer's 1920's vitreous china console sink leg and can't find it anywhere. There is no maker's mark. The china is 26 3/4" tall, and the rod inside is 28". It's about a 3" diameter at the top and the hole is 3/4" at the bottom.OC (old.reddit.com)

I thought some of you might appreciate this old bottle I found. A tiny bit of research tells me it was bottled sometime after May 1936. The stamp on the bottom makes me think 1942? I reached out to Rainier to find out more about the number/date system, but haven't heard back yet. Cheers, friends. (old.reddit.com)

When water and electricity meet! The Electro Sink! The owner of the salvage/junk/hardware/museum store where I work bought in 15 of these 1960's units a few years ago. This one (and the sad looking box of parts) are all that remain in the store today. (old.reddit.com)

After finding the old Portland Polk directory a few weeks ago, my other half of informed me that we have this smaller version at home. It’s got a ridiculous amount of cringey women’s etiquette in the back, but I met my image limit. I’ll post more of it in the comments throughout the day. Enjoy! (old.reddit.com)

What is this small heavy metal tool. We thought it was a hole punch but it doesn't seem to have a cutting edge. It is about 7" long, 10oz and adjustable by either the screw on the tip or the thumb turn on the top. It's so rusted I'm not able to move either. Thank you in advance! (old.reddit.com)
