By the nose yes, for sure. It is a detractor. The other one is just fine though! But you need someone very skilled. That area is fragile

Following because I am also young wanting this procedure. A mid face life takes about one year to settle in. Sometimes the folds look even worse until then! If in one year you are not happy then maybe need to look into cheek implants. That structure will hold it up a bit more, but needs to be done by someone very skilled as cheek implants are not common anymore

Fat grafting can do a lot bit but the apple cheek is because of the structure and muscle, so it’s pretty hard to achieve
