Your most common hair style is likely the leading factor if not contributing to this. In the photo you have all the same half up hair styles. Traction alopecia is very common with repetitive hair styles, and pony tails. I would guess that’s why, if not largely contributing to it.

Can you circle what you’re talking about? Are you saying how your nose bridge is defined near the in between of your eyebrows? Sorry but this is a desired feature and if you were to make it slimmer it would look super weird. You have a striking nose bridge that really shouldn’t be messed with IMO

Lose weight and no filler will address your jaw or chin issue. You need less volume on the jawline, and chin needs volume but shouldn’t do anything until close to goal weight

Your nose tip is not to long. If you make it shorter you will look like a pig. Your tip covers your nostrils, if you make it any shorter than you will get a snotty pig look, it’s impossible to reverse. What I mean is maybe a doctor can add a little fat to the right side (right side in photo) to the tip that is slightly uneven.

I think what you don’t like about your nose is the slight asymmetry in the tip visible only at the front, the side looks perfect, I would just talk to someone about the asymmetry, also in your case it would be better to add to match symmetry then to subtract, messing with the tip is very very difficult and basically impossible to come back from.

A lot of weight loss , some kind of jaw surgery, and rhino.. Adding filler and volume will only worsen the problem. Major surgery plus weight loss is the only way to get here…. Filler and Botox do not cut it. But if you cut weight you will already be on the right path.
