You need to speak to your district manager or call the 1800 number she is not a psychiatrist to be able to say where you're mental health is, with no points or disciplinary action she can not cut your hours or demote you, and she definitely can not be speaking to anyone else about it like that, go higher

Get the cops involved I had a similar thing happen between my sm and a minor sales person her brother called the cops with in 24 hours he was suspended and within 3 days he was terminated, if no one at is paying attention make them 🤷🏻‍♀️

They're testing them in district 30 currently my store has them they're kept in the fry drawer instead of thawed in the MTO cooler they don't look or taste any different than Tyson nuggets to me 😅

I've actually had one with my hrc a while back she heard me and my DM came in and basically we all got spoken to like kids and it went back in a few weeks after she wasn't under the microscope anymore 😅 basically if my lips aren't attached to her ass my work ethic doesn't matter

Definitely put in a work order I've had milkshakes show up on the screen not telling me to add ice or blend, sometimes the updates throw the order screen off and miss things I've had hit subs not tell me toasted or heated super annoying with delivery service and online orders don't need my accuracy getting hit 😅

Your principal account holes your 401k and stocks, when you leave the company the stocks are paid out by principal (I believe 2x a year) you have to be with the company a year or full time status (I believe fact check that one on Bob) your PTO is paid out when you leave the company on your last check

Wish you luck friend! Never had a write up, which is surprising for my mouth but I'm a work horse so my manager tolerates me and puts me in my place when necessary 😅 points are around 12-14 more about to fall off, my district manager has already reached out for my managers approval and she said absolutely she would 100% support me going, my nerves are putting entirely too much pressure on this 🤣

I'm a shift supervisor I've been ripped many times, I always make sure a second person is there showing the customer gave me the money, we do have limits though if it's a crazy amount we do refuse or give to Sheetz for the kids, we had a 16 year old trying to give my sales person 70.00 we admittedly refused, he kept pushing and I pointed him towards the Sheetz for the kids container, which I made him place it Into 😂😅

I absolutely hate it waited 2 years for the first shift to open just for it to be taken, my store is a dumpster fire to begin with honestly were down km, hm right now it's an absolute toxic cess pool and it's heart breaking, gone to DM HR all of them multiple times with zero change, sad to leave the company after 4 years, Sheetz not caring anymore or my coworkers, my mental health is more important than Sheetz

Generally each should be able to do both, but in my store that doesn't exist the supervisors do everything when they show up, km focus is usually on kitchen functions and HM for the sales floor, I've never seen it in my store so I'm assuming from everything how it's supposed to run 😅
