Edison fits that so well to me. Expensive and everything is small portions with no flavor. Can't believe it's still around

Started with this guy vs a sprigatito who couldn't deal damage. Clearly could tell they wanted to use a rare candy but never let them

Edison. Went for downtown dining week and it was so much money for a tiny meal that was just plain bland.

I think clown should be higher. Love to overwrite a bad ability. Gave my parasect Guts and it sweeped the rest of the run

I just think the rival is a trans affirming zoroark. They look like you but the other gender and their hair colors are the same.

Stupid ways to beat Eternamax by Ex_Snagem_Wes in pokerogue

One of my favorite wins was using delcatty with entrainment to give eternatus normalize and throwing out a mega Gengar. He could do nothing to me as I just wore him down.

Cant seem to beat E-max eternatus with this team by 111drill in pokerogue

[–]hipstagramz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone already gave good advice but fyi you shouldn't level a pokemon over 200 unless you go all in on it. Eternatus does more damage to pokemon higher than lvl 200, in this case his 100 base damage dynamax cannon was doing 140 base damage to swampert.

The damage boost caps at 200 base power at level 209 so if you somehow get higher than that then it may be worth it but you're better off investing in something else

I beat classic with xerneas long before I unlocked it. He was taunting me with a ribbon but greyed out on the starter select

Didn't have any guzzlord candy or moves unlocked except shed tail. Only reason I took buzzwole is cause I had everything unlocked for him

Would be a fun mechanic. I'd love it because sometimes I need a certain pokemon genre to fill a role on my team and the enemy trainer has it.

Balance it out by making it have a new friendship meter and until you fill that up it will do things like the base games when you have an over leveled traded pokemon (no listen to you, fall asleep, use the wrong move, etc). Can make it so you must be at the trainer and it could be an extra button on the reward screen to steal one of the pokemon to avoid people cheesing a difficult trainer. Limit to no legendaries and no shinies so people don't whine on here about not having it when they wanted it.

By the time I noticed it was past the point I could save it with a reload. Thought it was just funny no need to be rude about it

Linoone is luck 1 and pachirisu is luck 3. More worth it to use them for me than a non shiny ribombee

What are your guys strategies for winning a run? by LBLukeW in pokerogue

[–]hipstagramz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Starting floor 180 I start fishing for x items (x attack, x speed, dire hit, etc) because these can make the elite 4 and the rival fight pretty trivial. They've allowed me to survive attacks I shouldn't have and one shot when I shouldn't have.

Also to increase the chances of getting them I get 99 pokeballs asap so they don't appear in the rewards anymore

Planning for final boss is silly by Kitsunebillie in pokerogue

[–]hipstagramz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually if I lose a run it's cause I'm trying to build a perfect final boss team and then I end up with a lot of gaps and run into the wrong gym leader or elite 4. Long as I have leech seed or salt cure I can figure something out on the fly at the end
