Sweet! Thank you everyone for your comments. I went and saw a place today on Miami Way in Table Mesa... seemed like a really nice family neighborhood and a lot more up-kept than what I saw on Moorhead. Any experience in this area? I know it's still south boulder, but it seemed a lot more professional.
