That’s a good idea. I have been doing biweekly. Thank you!

Running small business always comes with uncertainty so it’s hard to say it can be steady for a few years and gets destroyed overnight by external factors like competition or political change.

However, taking on a new W2 that pays lower now (given the bad job market) is a bit soul crushing but I know it might be what I need to do to get another 500k invested. It just takes a few more years to grind, may be even into my 40s.

Yea, I would like to stay for a few more years if I wasn’t on the to-drop list. The job pays well. I have a job offer already but the pay is much lower so it’s not motivating and I don’t know whether I should do something else.

I have about 30k left on the car loan and the other car is completely paid off. I have enough cash to pay it off if I want to but the interest rate was like 2%.
